A+ Certification is a testing program sponsored by CompTIA that certifies the competency of entry-level service technicians in the computer industry.  Earning A+ certification means that the individual possesses the knowledge, skills, and customer relations skills essential for a successful entry-level computer service technician, as defined by experts from companies across the industry. This program is designed to prepare students for the CompTIA A+ certification exam.

Required Courses

NHCA101- A+ –- 41.25 Hours – This instructor-led course is designed for the new computer professional who has support-level knowledge of personal computer (PC) hardware but needs to expand upon that knowledge to learn the basic skills to set up and support the operating systems that run on PCs.


NHCA102 – A+ – 41.25 Hours– This instructor-led course is designed for the student who has a basic knowledge and experience with PCs and who wants to pursue a career as a computer service technician. Covers the skills required to install and configure PC operating systems, as well as configuring common features (e.g., network connectivity and email) for mobile operating systems Android and Apple iOS.
